BD Manager

· To have a very good market knowledge; players and their abilities inside given areas.

· Understand IKEA’s demands and needs.

· Good knowledge about cost drivers and finance.

· Knowledge of range, goods-flow-chain, material and production.

· Communication high ability to communicate in a broad sense, i.e. active listening, negotiation, selling & persuasion and questioning
