Project Management
•To deliver customized solutions for Customers by planning, implementing, coordinating and controlling country, cross-functional resources and project teams within budgeted time-lines and costs
•To train or manage the training of country project team members and operations staff responsible for the daily operation and management of a Customer project on an ongoing basis
•To conduct post-implementation project review and formalize hand-over to country project owner and project manager upon achievement of mutually agreed key performance objectives and indicators. As escalation point for all service failure and service enhancement
•Acting as an escalation point for service failure
•Classify all escalated case, identify high frequency problem, identify root and provide solution for enhance and monitor till the root has been addressed. Training •Assist commercial support for the new staff training.
•Responsible to coordinate cross functions to ensure the training material is well developed.
任职资格:
•Degree holder with formal training in project management and minimum 2 years’ experience in managing implementation of supply chain projects against aggressive implementation deadlines
•Experienced in warehousing & inventory management, distribution, international trade & shipping practices, and Customs regulations and procedures
•Experienced in developing professional business proposals to Customer RFQs though expert analysis of customer requirements & development of appropriate solutions with well-defined values proposition
•Experienced in costing.
•Fluent English speaking and writing. |
