Responsibilities（职位描述）：
• Undertake all aspect of system implementation, support and customization of solutions to meet the client requirements（负责系统实施、解决方案的支持和定制等所有相关工作，以满足客户需求）
• Provide consultation and coach channel partners or clients regarding the usage of our product features or the implementation of customized components to address client requirements（为渠道合作伙伴或客户，提供关于使用我司产品或定制组件实施的咨询和培训，以满足客户需求）
• Lead the project implementation, provide professional client services support, coordinate with TI Sales Manager, Pre Sales Engineer to resolve troubleshoot issues on solutions, utilize proprietary business solutions to realize the maximum advantage（主导项目施行，提供专业客户服务，协调TI销售经理，售前工程师解决业务问题，通过各种渠道实现业务增长）
• Demonstrate excellence in technical , professional client services and project management to inspire both clients and team members（拥有优秀的技术顾问、客户服务和项目管理技能，以有效服务客户及激励团队成员）
• Lead the technical consultant team, job assignment and people management （领导技术顾问团队，工作任务分派及团队建设与管理）
• Recruit, develop, and retain high quality people through succession planning and performance management（通过接替计划和绩效管理，实现招聘、开发、保留优秀人才）
Requirements: 任职要求：
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT related discipline（计算机、软件开发或IT相关专业本科学历）
•More than 5 years working experience with good hands on experience in software application development implementation and support（5年以上的软件开发、实施和支持的工作经验）
•Experience with at least one of the following would be advantageous（如有以下经验之一，则优先考虑）：
- Application development environments/languages J2EE, Java, JavaScript, .NET or C#（程序开发环境/语言是J2EE, Java, JavaScript, .NET或C#）
- Familiar with Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere or Tomcat（熟悉 Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere 或 Tomcat）
- Familiar with RDBMS basic administration and operation i.e. Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, etc（熟悉RDBMS基础管理和操作，例如Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server等等）
•Experience with Active Directory, IBM Directory Server, SunONE Directory Server and Novell e-Directory（熟悉处理Active Directory, IBM Directory Server, SunONE Directory Server 和 Novell e-Directory）
•Confident / communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills（自信，有良好的沟通、协商及人际关系技巧）
• Clear, fair decision making ability（头脑清晰，衡量全局，能做出平衡各方面利益的决定）
• Proven ability as a team manager/leader（具备作为团队管理者/领导者的能力）
• Empowers others by instilling a sense of ownership（适当授权他人，培养团队主人翁精神）
• Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese & English（普通话、英语书面及口头表达流利）
