Responsibilities:
◆ Ensure high levels of customer satisfactionvia order process and email reply in 24 hours. shipping & delivery in timeand handles complaints dispute and open case in a professional and timely fashion
◆ PayPal eBay and Amazon account security,decipher PayPal, eBay and Amazon policy, keep good communication and relationship with PayPal, eBay and Amazon.
◆ Be responsible for Credit Card fraud prevention to avoid economic loss.
◆ Establish the after-sales policy and streamline processes
◆ Communication and help to drive implementation of sales department and warehouse &shipping in both Shenzhen and USA;
◆ People recruitment, training & development
Requirements:
◆ More than 5 years Customer service relative experience,withexperience in PayPay, eBay and Amazonis preferred
◆ College above. English or International Trade major is preferred;
◆ Professional on both written and spoken English.
◆ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
◆ Positive attitude and approachable
◆ Independent working capability and highly responsible
